In this article, we will give you some tips and tricks on how to start your raft survival adventure, how to expand and upgrade your raft, how to survive in the ocean, and how to play with friends online. Let's get started!

How to Start Your Raft Survival Adventure

Choosing a game mode: single-player or multiplayer

The first thing you need to do is choose a game mode. You can play Raft Survival Mobile in single-player or multiplayer mode. In single-player mode, you are the only survivor on your raft. You have to rely on yourself to gather resources, craft items, build your raft, and survive. In multiplayer mode, you can invite your friends or join other players online. You can cooperate with them to create a bigger raft, share resources, fight enemies, and explore together.

To play in multiplayer mode, you need to have an internet connection. You can create your own room or join an existing one. You can also customize your room settings, such as the number of players, the difficulty level, the weather conditions, and more.

Crafting your first raft and hook

Once you choose a game mode, you will start on a small wooden raft with nothing but a plastic hook. Your hook is your main tool for collecting resources from the ocean. You can use it to grab floating items such as wood, plastic, metal, barrels, crates, etc. You can also use it to catch fish.

To craft your hook, you need two pieces of plastic and two pieces of rope. You can find plastic floating around or inside barrels. You can make rope from palm leaves, which are also found in barrels or on islands. To craft items, you need to open your inventory (the backpack icon) and select the item you want to make. Then drag the required materials into the slots and press the craft button.

To use your hook, you need to equip it in your hand (the hand icon). Then aim at an item in the water and tap the screen to throw your hook. When it hits the item, tap again to reel it in. Be careful not to miss or hit a shark, as they will damage your hook.

Collecting resources and items from the oceanCollecting resources and items from the ocean

As you collect resources and items from the ocean, you will need to store them in your inventory or on your raft. You can place items on your raft by dragging them from your inventory and dropping them on the raft. You can also build storage boxes to store more items. To build a storage box, you need six pieces of wood, four pieces of plastic, and one hinge. You can find hinges in crates or on islands.

How to Expand and Upgrade Your Raft

Building and improving your raft with stations, parts, and decorations

As you collect more resources and items, you will be able to expand and upgrade your raft. You can build more foundations, walls, floors, roofs, stairs, windows, doors, etc. to make your raft bigger and more comfortable. You can also build stations that allow you to craft more advanced items, such as a research table, a smelter, a purifier, a grill, a crop plot, a sail, an anchor, etc. You can also build parts that improve your raft's functionality, such as a steering wheel, an engine, a receiver, an antenna, etc. Finally, you can decorate your raft with various items, such as paintings, rugs, lanterns, flags, etc. to make it more cozy and personal.

To build anything on your raft, you need to have a building hammer. You can craft a building hammer with four pieces of wood and two pieces of rope. To use your building hammer, you need to equip it in your hand and select the item you want to build from the menu. Then aim at the spot where you want to place it and tap the screen to confirm. You can also rotate or remove the item by tapping the buttons on the screen.

Crafting weapons and armor to defend your raft from sharks and other enemies

While you are sailing on the ocean, you will encounter various enemies that will try to attack you or your raft. The most common enemy is the shark, which will bite your raft or you if you fall into the water. You can fight back by crafting weapons and armor to defend yourself and your raft.

Some of the weapons and armor you can craft are:
